Wonderful cozy inn.
Immaculate, charming and beautifully appointed. Easy parking. Beautiful view. We loved sitting in the cozy living room, drinking coffee and watching the sun come up over the water.

Wonderful cozy inn.

Quaint, restful and peaceful for our stay. Staff was always interested in our comfort.
Breakfasts were delicious…maybe not everything needs to be covered in a sugar coating…although it was delightful to eat.
I can’t really think of anything I did not like.
Perfectly peaceful and romantic space for a new england getaway
Owners. Convenient location. Sitting spaces. Good food
Close to road (noise).
Couldn’t ask for a nicer stay. Lovely hosts, too !
The property was beautiful. Very spacious and the grounds were exceptional. Lovely front porch overlooking the water. Multiple seating areas and a fire pit!
Not a thing
This place it’s the most wonderful place to stay in Maine.
We were satisfied with everything. If I come back to Maine, definitely I’ll go to Spouter Inn Breakfast & Bed. I felt like home. Tracy and Mark were so adorable and very professional but most of everything very friendly. 😘♥️👏👏👏
I didn’t like that I was there only for few days. I’ll like to stay at least for one week.
We look forward to going back!
Atmosphere, food, the owners, views - all exquisite! Owners are very welcoming and attentive without being intrusive. And the place is beautifully decorated!
Amazing
Great location and breakfast. The most comfortable beds. Friendly hosts.
Restful, wonderful stay.
Mark and Tracy are exceptional hosts.
Tracy and Mark are super friendly and gracious hosts. Our stay was delightful.
Had a fabulous stay with wonderful hosts. They made special breakfasts for my dietary needs and even cookies. They were knowledgeable about the local area and recommended restaurants for dinner. Would love to stay again.
Can we just move in?!
Mark and Tracy were the most excellent hosts, and they didn't miss a single detail - right down to the whale salt and pepper shakers. Such a beautiful and cozy home and the food was amazing! 10/10 - we definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Camden area.
Can't think of anything, the only thing that could possibly make it better would be if you walked out the door to the beach, but it's literally just across the street!
It was a wonderful stay, would highlight recommend this place to anyone
Location was amazing right on the beach, and the breakfasts and caring staff were top notch.
An amazing experience in a beautiful area. Highly recommended.
We'd love to come back!!
Location is great, breakfast was wonderful abd Tracy and Mark were attentive, friendly and great caretakers.
Can't think of a thing
Tracy and Mark were excellent innkeepers exceeded our expectations
Terrific owners providing great service. Each morning breakfast and afternoon snacks/cookies were outstanding. Owners very helpful regarding our local interests and recommending local restaurants.
Property and view excellent
The Spouter Inn and Staff were a perfect 5+ stars experience! Amazing stay!
Perfect accommodations and breakfast, Spouter Inn and Staff sets the standard for 5 stars that others should learn from.
So sad the Lobster Pound was closed for good, I'm sure the Spouter Staff could do a lunch and dinner out of this world!
We will be back! Thank you!
Beautiful decor and structural design. The owners went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well fed! Located perfectly for exploring Camden and the surrounding area.
It just doesn't get any better than this!
I, honestly, don't think that you can have a better B&B experience than The Spouter Inn. Tracey & Mark are REALLY doing it right! The inn is a beautifully maintained and decorated historic building that's bones date back to 1832. The restoration has been gorgeous, and it is one of the most airy, well-lit and attractive B&B's that we have ever stayed in. Both 3-course breakfasts that we had were delicious and beautifully presented. Fresh coffee was ready by 6AM and there was a Keurig in each room, as well as in the breakfast room. There was a very thoughtful array of snacks for guest, including fresh cookies daily and an electric kettle for teas and hot water. A basket of sunscreen and insect repellent was, thoughtfully, provided. The breakfast room was cozy with early morning sun and the guest areas of the inn were comfortable and roomy. The front porch provided plenty of comfortable chairs and a lovely view of Lincolnville Beach and Penobscot Bay with a lovely view of the morning's sunrise. Tracey & Mark were gregarious and so very pleasant to converse with. The inn is an easy walk to shops in Lincolnville Beach and to the local pizza parlor and Mcglaughlin's Seafood Restaurant. and an easy 10-mile drive to Camden or Belfast where there are a wide variety of shops and restaurants. Walking to get a pizza and beer and enjoying it by the inn's firepit was a delightful change to restaurant eating. Plenty of warm blankets available for those wonderfully cool Maine evenings and mornings. We would stay here ANYTIME and look forward to a return visit during the fall or winter seasons. GREAT job, Tracey & Mark!
The ONLY thing that could have made this a better experience would have been for it to be FREE! It is THAT good! Sadly, two of the former restaurants within an easy walk have closed in the past year but that was little concern for us since we were here to relax and enjoy coastal Maine. There was NOTHING to dislike about our stay here.
Highly recommend great palce and people.
Everything was outstanding. Great house and breakfast.
Give yourself the gift of a stay at Spouter Inn!
What didn’t I like about the property??? Immaculately maintained, with astonishing attention to detail. Some of the experiences I liked so much, I’m planning on incorporating upon my return back home. For instance, the owners were kind enough to share the name & brand of the paint color in my room’s bathroom, which I intend to use in my own home. Location was very central-with ocean views from breakfast and my bedroom. I loved being able to walk into town for dinner. Loved the jetted tub in my bathroom. Best gourmet breakfasts ever—and they were so kind and creatively accommodating of my dairy allergy. Lovely couple-truly committed to creating an excellent experience for all their guests. Let’s put it this way-it was the only time on vacation that I haven’t been disappointed when it rained because it meant I’d be spending more time in my fabulous room and the well-appointed communal sitting areas with rolled fleece blankets and woolens, sipping an assortment of warm beverages.
That it’s ruined me for all other B&Bs. No place can compare after this experience.
