Wonderful cozy inn.
Immaculate, charming and beautifully appointed. Easy parking. Beautiful view. We loved sitting in the cozy living room, drinking coffee and watching the sun come up over the water.

The night sky
Lights from nearby towns wash out the faintest stars; the Milky Way is faint.

Quaint, restful and peaceful for our stay. Staff was always interested in our comfort.
Breakfasts were delicious…maybe not everything needs to be covered in a sugar coating…although it was delightful to eat.
I can’t really think of anything I did not like.
Perfectly peaceful and romantic space for a new england getaway

Couldn’t ask for a nicer stay. Lovely hosts, too !
The property was beautiful. Very spacious and the grounds were exceptional. Lovely front porch overlooking the water. Multiple seating areas and a fire pit!
Not a thing
This place it’s the most wonderful place to stay in Maine.
We were satisfied with everything. If I come back to Maine, definitely I’ll go to Spouter Inn Breakfast & Bed. I felt like home. Tracy and Mark were so adorable and very professional but most of everything very friendly. 😘♥️👏👏👏
I didn’t like that I was there only for few days. I’ll like to stay at least for one week.
We look forward to going back!
Atmosphere, food, the owners, views - all exquisite! Owners are very welcoming and attentive without being intrusive. And the place is beautifully decorated!
