These terms apply when you use analogescapes.com (the “Site”) or book a stay through it. Analog Escapes is a brand of [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], a [STATE] [ENTITY TYPE] (“Analog Escapes,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site or making a booking, you agree to these terms.

1. What we do

We help you discover and book remote cabins, lodges, inns and retreats. We are not the owner or operator of any property. When you book, your stay is provided by the property, and the reservation is made through our booking partner, [BOOKING PARTNER LEGAL NAME] (“Booking Partner”), which contracts with properties and suppliers. The property's own rules and policies also apply to your stay.

2. Prices, taxes and fees

• Prices are shown in US dollars and include all mandatory taxes and fees we are told about.
• Some mandatory charges (for example resort fees or local taxes) are collected by the property at check-in. We show these as “paid at property” before you book.
• Optional extras (parking, pets, meals, damage deposits) may be charged by the property.
• Prices can change until you pay. If a price or policy changes after you choose a room, we'll show you the updated terms before you're charged.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely by our Booking Partner and its payment processor. The charge may appear on your statement under their name. We never see or store your full card number. Your booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation on screen or by email.

4. Cancellations, changes and no-shows

Each rate has its own cancellation policy, shown before you pay and on your confirmation. Free-cancellation rates can be cancelled at no cost until the deadline shown; after that, the stated fees apply. Non-refundable rates are not refunded if you cancel, change or don't show up. 5. Your responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 (or the property's minimum check-in age) to book.
• Give accurate details for everyone staying, and don't exceed the room's maximum occupancy.
• Follow the property's rules, including those on pets, noise, smoking, fires and wildlife.
• Remote properties can have limited cell service, rough roads and changing weather. Check access, plan ahead and follow local safety guidance.

6. Property information

Descriptions, photos, amenities and features (including our “analog” tags such as sauna or no Wi-Fi) come from properties and our partners and are provided in good faith. They may change or occasionally be inaccurate. If something important to you isn't clear, contact the property before booking.

7. Accounts

You can sign in with an emailed link to see your trips and saved stays. Keep access to your email secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.

8. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Site: no automated scraping, no interfering with its operation, no fraudulent bookings, and no attempts to access other people's bookings or data.

9. Our liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of properties, our Booking Partner or other third parties, or for events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim related to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

10. Governing law and disputes
