The night sky

Never any towels at the pool the dining experiences were not great
Would highly recommend a visit
The hotel is situated in a lovely location, the views were breathtaking and having a balcony over looking the mountains was ideal. Hotel is very well kept and the staff are friendly, all added to a very enjoyable stay
I cannot recall anything that I did not like
Location was beautiful
Heat didn’t work, fireplace required maintenance, bugs in the bathroom
Very nice location and lodge building but food and staff were average at best and all overpriced.
Great location, overall facilities are quite nice, and price is fair but no great deal either.
Loooong check in procedure, i.e. over 1/2 hour with a multitude of questions; the longest check in by far I've ever experience and I've traveled a lot. Room 112 was very nice except for the heater which would not shut off and when maintenance was able to turn off one fan, another kept going such that I could not sleep. For the first time ever, I asked for a room change which they were able to accommodate. (I'm not a fussy traveler.)
The view is stunning! There are many amenities- a pool and a hot tab with a breathtaking view of the valley. The hotel also offers various activities for an extra fee (such as axe throwing, horseback riding, and more). At night, the view of the stars is spectacular (including the Milky Way).
1. Cleanliness needs improvement. the sheets and robes had stains, and there was some tiny dirt on the floor 2. The restaurant and bar are very expensive and offer very few vegetarian options 3. My husband was really disappointed that there was no TV, though that is likely part of the hotel concept..
WiFi is very slow!
