This was the perfect getaway. Fishing during the day. Relaxed in the hot tub under the stars at night.

Very quiet, peaceful and clean

Enjoyed fishing in the creek and petting the ponies.

We had a fun, relaxing time at the well-appointed cabin.

The cabin was very well appointed. Furniture was comfortable. It was very clean, neat and nice. The hot tub was such a great added feature. We didn’t explore the property much as we had family in the area and spent time with them.

My only minor gripes were the water pressure in the shower and lack of steps to get in the hot tub.

Serenity out in the quiet countryside.

It is a little bit of heaven out in the country but close enough to Fredericksburg to run into town.

Secluded, fenced yard, natural wildlife and views, the STARS 🤩 felt like home!

The location was beautiful. We were able to see so many stars at night and animals during the day from our porch.

The air conditioner never really cooled the cabin until around 4 AM. The wall between the bathroom and kitchen area does not go all the way up so no privacy there.

We liked that it was secluded, privacy, loved the hot tub, we just loved everything about this property! We would definitely stay there again!

Comfy accommodations, nature surroundings and peaceful relaxation.

We enjoyed seeing the wildlife! The deer and the miniature ponies.

Only negative is not having a washer and dryer.

This was our fifth time staying there and plan on returning many more. From room selection to chech out was very simple

PERFECT GLAMPING GETAWAY

Wonderful location. Wonderful property. Loved all the wildlife, animals, and walking trails. The cabin was rustic and outdoors, but cozy and beautiful inside. You have everything you need, just buy some groceries or travel 15 minutes to nearby eateries, wineries, and shopping. LOVED IT, LOVED IT, LOVED IT.

The cabin was quaint, comfortable, and peaceful.

I loved the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. I loved the comfortably cabin. The hot tub was especially relaxing after a couples massage.

The fan in the bathroom could not be turned off without turning off the lights.

Very clean cabin and comfortable bed. We loved sitting on the porch enjoying the peace and quite of the country. Especially loved the fireflies at night.

The Perfect Solo Getaway

I absolutely loved my stay in the Joy cabin at City on the Hill at Spring Creek. It was the perfect space for a solo getaway, peaceful, cozy, and exactly what I needed. The cabin was beautiful, spotless, and so well maintained. From the comfortable bed to the relaxing atmosphere, everything about it made me feel at home. One of my favorite parts was the covered hot tub on the patio. Having private access to it made the experience even more relaxing and peaceful. The view overlooking the creek was absolutely beautiful and added so much to the calm atmosphere. There was even a swing down the hill behind my cabin, which made the property feel even more special and relaxing. Gregory was an amazing host. Anytime I had a question or needed something, he responded quickly and made sure I was taken care of. You can really tell they care about their guests and the overall experience. The property itself was absolutely beautiful, quiet, and well maintained, but I also loved that I was only about 15 minutes away from most places downtown, so it was easy to explore and still come back to a peaceful retreat. I honestly can’t put into words how much I enjoyed my stay. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway.
