The location is stunning. The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully designed. The staff were very warm and accommodating. Ember the resturant was delicious and sitting outside on the deck under the stars was magical. Five star experience. Special thanks to Godfrey our waiter and Kirby at the front desk.
This property is absolutely not worth the money.
This property completely steals the show with its location.
This property is absolutely not worth the money. While the surrounding area may be nice, the cabins themselves are extremely basic with tiny rooms where you can barely fit your luggage. If you are traveling with friends, expect zero privacy—the bathroom only has a see-through sliding door, meaning you can see and hear everything. To make matters worse, despite booking for four people, the kitchen didn't even have enough coffee or mugs for all of us. On top of all that, driving is the only way to get there, yet they have the audacity to charge extra for parking on an unpaved road. Given the steep price tag, the complete lack of basic amenities, space, and privacy was a huge disappointment. Save your money and book somewhere else
Gorgeous views. Close to Arches and Moab.
The landscape surrounding it was stunning. They built the lodge to not compete with the beauty but to blend into it, and it’s beautiful.
Beautiful mountain views. Loved having our own patio to view the stars. The bed and the linens were extremely comfortable.
The restaurant needs to do better. I ordered the 1/2 roasted chicken & got 2 legs & thighs. On Sunday morning, there was no hostess & we waited 10 minutes to be seated by a server. Once seated, the service was very slow & we left.. (It was not that busy.) I knew about the nightly parking fee but why? Paid quite a bit of money through booking.com and was surprised to have additional taxes and fees at check out.
Beautiful but not sure it was worth the $$$$$
Beautiful location. Nice amentities. Good restaurant on site.
At this price point, expectations are higher. We had a king suite overlooking the river. It was nice but not THAT nice. Bed comfortable but not great. The staff was just ok - most seemed to be rather new and not sure what they were doing. Dinner was good but not THAT good. We spent one night. Had dinner/bottle of wine, and breakfast the next morning. Our bill was $1,000. That's a LOT for what we felt like we experienced.
Our stay was excellent.
Loves our room!!
The restaurant waiter at Ember was terrible! Never came back to our table to even give us our check we had to ask another waitress to get it for us.
