It was great fun, the tents are beautiful. The common area was nice. We enjoyed the society games available for all. Kids loved the smores experience. Food was pretty ok taking into account you are in the middle of nowhere.

The night sky
The Milky Way stands out clearly on a clear, moonless night.

It was very cold for October, we were not lucky with the wheather and, even if there is a wooden stove in the main tent (not kids one), we were freezing. They gave an extra sleeping bag and hot water bottles but it was still cold. As it was so cold everyone was in the indoor common area, which felt busy, chaotic, you had to search for seats. The staff did their best, but they felt they were rushing around. They cancelled stargazing as there were too many people.
It was such a unique experience. We saw rabbits right out of our door. All of the staff was so friendly. We were warm and dry even during a storm. We loved the fire pits, s’mores and live music.
Beautiful and great vibe! Absolutely worth it for being so close to Grand Canyon and star-gazing!
No heater even though it was freezing at night! Plan to bring warm pyjamas!
Peaceful and restful
Peaceful and tranquil
Breakfast menu could be broader and the coffee needed replenishing more I had to ask twice
Simple and clean accommodations in a good location. Comfortable and clean.
The property was clean but you can tell it’s an older building. They seemed to recently remodel so the paint and carpet are new. Parking was good, we had everything we needed in the room. It’s not luxury but it was nice for the price and location. It got the job done and the bed was very comfortable.
There isn’t an elevator so be prepared to haul your stuff up a flight of stairs. The ice machine was far from our room but none of these things are a deal breaker.
The best experience
The starry night sky was incredibly visible; it is rare to find a place to stay with such magnificent scenery. I saw plenty of shooting stars, too. The food was delicious, and staying in the tent was comfortable.
Even in early October, the nights were already very cold. It was tough without a thicker duvet or a blanket for the extra bed.
