Nice Escape

Loved being close to Mountain and River Hot Tub was perfect temp. Love the supply room. Easy to get extra supplies. Comfy Bed Nice lay out of room.

Average room; great location right outside of town.

It was close to town.

It was extremely dated, broken blinds, and the carpet seemed a bit old and dirty.

Good but abit lacking.

Pillows were common complaint. Had to buy one for the duration to get good sleep. No table in room to sit and eat in. Supposed to have one room service for a 4 night stay that never happened, consequently we took out 4 days of garbage ourselves upon departure. Had to make do with 1 set of towels each for 5 days, tough with hot tub visits. Still liked location and setting on Fall creek.

Snug little spot close to all the activities around Estes Park.

The facility was close to Estes Park and RMNP. The stream through the property was delightful.

The room was adequate but not outstanding. The upstairs apartment floor creaked when tenant walked. Most noticeable at night and early morning.

The hot tub just need to have instructions on how to use.

Very clean and nice quality bed .Kitchenette was enjoyable and the coffee/tea selection was great!

The “private” spa - was not very private and very visible from many angles - needs to have some sort of privacy screen or enclosed better .

Everything we envisioned for a 3 day stay in the Rocky Mountains.

Quiet, clean, great location to downtown area of Estes and RMNP. Beautiful view of the river from balcony. The “Guest Essentials” room was very thoughtful, providing ice or other necessary items.

No air conditioning, which was not a huge deal being that it was cool outside even in late August, early September. There was an extra fan provided in the room, and a ceiling fan.

Comfortable stay at incredible location.

Of course the location is exceptional. I never actually saw a member of staff but they were responsive and helpful over email/text. The room was comfortable and met every need for the week. Parking wasn't an issue. The guest convenience area was nice when I needed a quick bite and I like the new lock system. Very good experience.

Personal preference thing but every time a hotel TV has old fashioned basic cable (or some variant) I'm disappointed. Would love to have a streaming device attached so I could login to netflix or prime or whatever. Oh and the check-in instructions didn't say anything about the hot tub, I would have appreciated clarity on times/procedures for using that.

We liked the complimentary water and snack pack for hiking, the chairs at the water stream, and the bench on the porch. It was also good to find filters for the coffee machine.

In our opinion the room was much too dark. Even with bright sunlight you had to turn on the lights. There is no privacy at all, there are curtains for the night but no curtains to create privacy on both sides of the room. We also missed at least 2 glasses and 2 plates, I wanted to prepare tea and oatmeal but there were only little plastic cups. The pictures of the place are misleading, you cannot walk along the stream, it is fenced off to a bigger property. We stayed 8 nights but cleaning came only after I had contacted them.

Perfect location to explore the park, clean room, staff was nice and helpful.

Estes Charmer on Stream

Location is fantastic. Room was awesome. Big refrigerator. The property in the creek is obviously spectacular. Super easy parking, especially if you're towards the front. The room with the odds and ends that you might need was super cool even though I didn't need anything. Nice touch 👌

Location and great location with river right besides Inn.

If I were to drive up and go to the 'office' I would have driven away. The office is like a storage room and not the least bit inviting. Our room was comfortable but very small.

Very beautiful location and within walking distance to eat or shop.

Check-in was straight forward and the communication was timely and detailed.
