Clean. Friendly staff.
Perfect one night stay with everything we needed to feel comfortable.
The property was conveniently located , easy check in, friendly staff.
Great location, super clean.
These cabins were super cute and super clean. I loved the location in Hatch, Utah. Beautiful scenery and easy to get to. Great dinner recommendation - The Outlaw!!!! I also LOVED the coffee shop coupon. What a nice suprise.
The only negative I have is that our cabin was located on the main street (most cabins are off the main street). I was worried about the noise at night; there was very little after running the fan in the room. I would have preferred something not on the road. With that said, and I do understand they were full that night, I would have given this the most excellent rating if we had been off the main road. I would recommend Mountain Ridge as a place to stay.
Cute - fun- laid back- relaxing
We loved this place! Our little cabin was perfect, the location was great for us, it was cozy, clean, newer and just a fun place - the campfire and smores really made this place perfect! Oh and Sam was great! She went out of her way to give us recommendations on places near by to visit and was just so nice
Location good. Service bad. Housekeeping sucks
Location
While the cabins themselves are comfortable and cozy, the service here sucks. Housekeeping skipped basic room cleaning on our second day, only swapping out towels. When we complained, Julie came to our room with extra towels, refused to make the bed because we were sitting on it, made a rude remark, slammed our door, and walked out. Paying top dollar should come with basic cleanliness and elementary manners. We will not be returning and cannot recommend this place due to the hostile customer service.
Basic acommodations, with perks
It's in a pretty remote area, so not exactly 5 star. Nightly bonfire with complimentary smores! TV with streaming access and good wifi, so didn't need much else.
They give you a certificate for free small coffee at a small shop down the road. If you wanted a larger size, had to pay the difference. It's within walking distance, but not when it's cold and rainy.
