Very Cute and Cozy!!!!

The only bathroom is upstairs!!!!

A cozy, modern hideaway in the trees, perfect for unwinding in Broken Bow

We loved our stay at The Riser. The cabin is modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The big windows make you feel like you’re living among the trees. Outside was the highlight: the wraparound patio, the hot tub, and the fire pit made it easy to relax and enjoy the woods. The egg chairs on the side deck were a favorite spot for morning coffee. The location is only a few minutes from Beavers Bend. Check-in was easy and everything we needed was already there.

Nothing major. The only thing- shower gel and shampoo were not provided, but for some reason there was a conditioner. Anyway, we've got everything at Walmart which is very close by.

I loved how comforting and cozy this cabin was ! Very clean and relaxing. Great stay!

Had a wonderful stay at The Riser! It was comfortable, relaxing, and made for the perfect getaway!

The Riser has a warm and inviting vibe. Kitchen has everything needed. Relaxing hot tub, outdoor fire pit, large double shower, and very clean!! Plus the location is perfect — just minutes from town for great restaurants and even the Hochatown Distilling Company tour!

The only thing I didn’t like about the property was we had to use neighbors trash can to throw trash away. If there was a place or container for trash-it was nowhere to be found.

This property exceeded our expectations. It was clean, private (at the end of a cul de sac), and had upgraded amenities. It was conveniently located to shopping and restaurants and the property added a lot of nice touches like a s'mores kit, wood for the fire pit, etc. Some of highlights are the hot tub (it got up to 106 :)!), the outdoor fire pit, the lovely loft area, and the bathroom is to die for. Additionally, the bed is incredibly comfortable, the WiFi is very good, and all the appliances and cookware are modern and include everything needed to cook a great meal. It is also pet friendly for a nominal fee compared to most properties. We loved lounging on the comfortable outdoor furniture and hanging out by the fire pit as well.

A few things, not deal-breakers by all means but still noticable. There was fresh dog poop at two different areas on the property that was from the prior guest which was a pain to pick up. Additionally, there was no outdoor trash bin, so we just used the neighbors that got really full by the end of our stay.

Loved how cozy it was! I also loved it was at the end of a road so there wasn’t any cars passing by. The s’mores kit was so so sweet!

There was bleach in the Lysol spray bottle (which wasn’t a bleach Lysol) and when we cleaned, it ended up ruining some of our clothes since we had no clue there was bleach in it, which was a bummer.

My stay was absolutely PHENOMENAL!

I just loved the cabin over all . It was just AMAZING!! It was clean, quiet, and nice 😊The location was close to everything. It was NEEDED stay . It was definitely a win . Booking again !

It was the get away me and my husband needed for our anniversary away from our everyday life.

Great quick July 4th Getaway

It was up to date. Room for our boat also so that was a great surprise!! Washer and dryer, dishwasher, kitchen supplies! Great location!

Property was great! Just needed a small bathroom downstairs and a cover for the front door.

We liked the decor,all the amenities. We had an awesme stay.

My only complaint was the water was not hot enough for me to enjoy,in the shower or the hot tub.
