Great place to stay!
Fantastic location close to Wellsboro and the state parks / PA Grand Canyon. Host gave great recommendations for dining and detailed hiking recommendations which were greatly appreciated. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. We didn't take advantage of the kitchens or common areas during our short stay, but they seemed fully equipped and we saw other guests using them. There is also a fire pit outdoor and a BBQ grill. Would be a great stay for a family.
We enjoyed the place, but the noise from upstairs was really not good.

The rooms need to be insulated better. We stayed on the first level and could hear every move the folks upstairs made. It was ridiculously loud.

It was quiet and located away from busy town. The room was big and nice
There were broken concrete slabs and trash and dirty dishes left from other guests staying there. People were loud and not considerate of others.

Easy check in Room very clean
I asked for a comforter, and it was delivered the same day. Room was clean from floor to ceiling. Common kitchen was also well maintained, with tables provided offering a nice view of a pasture outback with swallows zooming over it. Needless to say, the location itself is quiet and peaceful.

The location and views were amazing. The room was very comfortable and easy to access. We traveled from Southeast Georgia and the stay here helped us relax from our road trip.

The accomodations were excellent, it was such a comfortable and homey place to stay. We loved the location for easy travel to the Dickins day festivities. We had no expectations when we booked but let me say, it far exceeded anything we could have imagined. Thank you to the lady who manages the place, she is a gem. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.
Baby girl loosened up!
Open roomy floor plans. Quiet. A degree of privacy,even in common areas.😁.. My girl was comfortable enough to really relax and kick back.
Parking
The inn is a unique place with a beautiful view and about 20 minutes from hiking. We really liked our room, the bathroom was huge with a nice large shower/tub. The "lodge feel" with areas to relax or play billiards or shuffle board and sit in the common areas is very nice and on both levels.
A little more attention to the dust bunnies in the room and common areas. It would be helpful to have kitchen instructions about cleaning up after yourself in the shared area.
