Thouroughly enjoyed our stay!

Garth and Heather were wonderful hosts. They gave us most helpful information about Zion and local restaurants, etc. Our stay would not have as good if not for them. We give Tyler Inn an A+!

Not a thing.

Furniture dusty and bed spread smelled badly of Fabreez. Breakfast food not fresh. Steps to door uneven causing hazard.

A most welcoming Inn at Zion

The star of the show is the host Heather of course. She was very lovely, welcoming, and helpful with everything we needed, giving us very good recommendations. She also makes great breakfast! The property itself is great, you have a parking in the back and a shared refrigerator to store what you need. The room was very large, with a big comfortable bed, and private bathroom. It's a 15 minute drive to Zion park, and the option for early grab and go breakfast lets you beat the others to the parking lot. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

No really a dislike, just a thing to note, the rooms are at the second floor, so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs.

Meaningful Experience with Stellar Comfort, better than any hotel can offer.

I was blown away by the special attention I received from the hosts. These hosts are incredible human beings and attentive to every need. In addition, the hosts made excellent recommendations for things I didn’t even know I needed or wanted such as restaurants, appropriate gear for specific hikes and where to rent them, parking options, scenic choices to streamline the experience to my intentions, and even a local mechanic. I had never been to the area before and the hosts gave me strong recommendations, which were all on-point. The hosts inquired about my food preferences before arrival and honored my wishes with delicious choices. I arrived as a guest and left as friends. The room I reserved has a magnificent view of beautiful mountains right in the backyard and a different red mountain seen out of a side window. The space is staged with exquisite taste and comfortable functionality. The bed was like sleeping on an cloud and I felt very relaxed in the room, as well as throughout the common areas of the house. The location is perfect for entrance into the park and many restaurants and shopping just a short distance down the road….but enough away from the busy touristy areas to unwind with peace and respite after exploring the park all day during a high travel season with masses of visitors. I highly recommend this place and plan on definitely returning when I travel in the area again! ❤️

Tyler Inn Zion Bed and Breakfast

Clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated Bed and Breakfast. Heather was very friendly and is an excellent cook. She gave us helpful tips on how best to enjoy Zion National Park. I liked that we had our own bathroom. The mattresses were comfortable as well.

Our room faced a busy road that leads to the park's main entrance. Traffic noise died down around 10pm and resumed by 7am.

We arrived after a long drive and were welcomed with such warmth. Heather helped us get all the gear we needed for our Narrows hike in Zion, and the breakfast to go option was perfect for an early start. The place is well-equipped, cozy, and just under 10 minutes from the park entrance. Highly recommended!

Great room, a little bit noisy because of the street below the window.

Heather was a lovely host - very welcoming and helpful. She gave us a lot of advice and information and we enjoyed talking to her. The room was spacious and attractively furnished. The location is convenient for Zion NP, short of actually staying in Springdale.

People who are light sleepers might prefer one of the rooms away from the road, which has constant traffic.

Hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Heather gave us a recommendation for dinner right in town - excellent spot. She also gave us information on Zion and for a really nice drive outside the park. The landscape and views were just a good as inside the park and you could avoid the crowds and lines. Very beneficial to get the local information. For breakfast you can get a to-go breakfast which helps get you to the park early or a sit down breakfast. We took advantage of both during our stay.

Wonderful breakfasts. Beautiful large bedroom. Both bedroom and bathroom appeared brand new. Hosts were exceptional, friendly and very helpful in planning our days.

Lovely couple running that inn. Very conveniently located to the park, clean and a spacious room. They also make a lovely breakfast or provide a to go option should you decide to go to the park early. They are also knowledgeable about the park and can advise you on what to do. Definitely recommend.
