We enjoyed it very much!!! Definitely the perfect place to escape reality.

Loved the comfort and quietness of the property.

There were some ants but not too bad and power went out 2 nights in the Captains Quarters.

Peace and quite for relaxing. Clean and comfy beds. Enjoyed the hot tub with big fluffy towels. Will come again.

Spiral staircase is tricky with deceiving step down on ground level. Needs lights or glow in the dark stickers.

Beautiful view of the Hill Country! House is very nice with all the amenities and very close to Bandera for all the festivities of Cowboy Mardi Gras. Owner was very pleasant and helpful.

If I had to say anything neg, it would be the dirt road washed out in places, with a smaller car it might have been a different experience!

Spent most of our time on the upstairs deck, loved it. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the swinging chairs

Drive thru gate was very narrow for a truck and trailer, parking area was pretty small for us. Not a fan of spiral stairs we used out side stairs most. The gravel road to get to the house was pretty rough.

Very beautiful place. Cheery, comfortable and we wanted for nothing! The host had thought of everything. We even had a "welcome" gift when we arrived which was so thoughtful. Beautiful balcony and view. We can't say enough about this little oasis in the woods. We will defiantly be back!

Little far from the main hub BUT wasn't that big of a deal. Only 15 minutes from Bandera and the scenery made up for it.

I would happily recommend it to friends.

Location was excellent but not simple to find with gates open!! Everything clean and functioned well.

More water in the lake!
