The night sky
Lights from nearby towns wash out the faintest stars; the Milky Way is faint.

A nice place to stay with a lovely breakfast, a welcome respite on a long journey.

An one night option when visiting Bryce Canyon
It was reasonable close to Bryce Canyon . Some nice eggs/bacon for breakfast . Bed comfy.
Street and exterior of house not appealing. Impersonal- owner/host does not live there and remains nameless on emails and messages. Asked for feedback via email but never responded. Room was ok but mildew on screen curtain a little off putting. Had issues with many scam WhatsApp messages received, appearing to be from their B&B , but owner/manager offered no explanation.
At breakfast we waited a long time for them to ask us what we wanted. We were then told there was only two eggs left between the two of us. Not a big deal but when we got up to leave and bring our dishes to the sink they had a full carton of eggs on the counter. So I guess in the meantime someone went to pick up eggs but they didn’t offer us after the fact? Both ladies were in the back tending to a newborn and seem preoccupied with that (rightly so) but perhaps to the detriment of the breakfast service. Also if you stay on the first floor you hear every noise above you. We were up until 3 am because the people above us were up until then. Not great if you want a good sleep before hiking the next day so if you stay here absolutely ask for a second floor room. Also at one point someone in the room next door to us plugged a blow dryer and just as it started (you can hear everything) we simultaneously lost half our rooms power. They resolved the issue quickly after I called the number a few times but just a heads up.
Great host. Very helpful. Quiet, clean, close to Bryce
The value relative to other properties in the area.
This property is still a good value considering how expensive the hotels are in the area but the quality and care of the facility have gone downhill since we were last there a few years ago. The breakfast was good but the buildings themselves need some updating and repair. Things look unkept and not well cared for.
Good location to Bryce. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful.
