Delightful! Stay here! Lovely historic inn with comfort, style, and incredible breakfast!

Spectacular breakfast - good coffee, fresh-squeezed orange juice, pastries, egg bites - the whole spread was amazing and prepared with such care and artistry. Beautiful southwest-style rooms with lovely touches, like smooth and comfortable linens, robes, throws to keep you warm on the patio. Warm and welcoming hosts; immaculate rooms and common spaces.

The shower was drippy but we wedged a washcloth under it. Lamps were a little dim and our room could have used a few more lamps.

Peaceful nice stay near the Tao plaza and local restaurants.

Beautiful historic building with beautiful view of the mountains. Chef prepared breakfast items over the top in quality. Very generous and flavorful.

Really enjoyed this part and would definitely stay here again. Can highly recommend.

The property was very historic. The rooms were very well appointed and were spotless. The area where they serve breakfast was also spotless, the food was very good. There was a nice selection to choose from. The host were wonderful.

The only possible thing I could say about just liking it was the doors are very small, but keeping in mind this is a historic building that is to be expected. Everything else was perfect.

A pleasant getaway tucked away in a great location in Taos.

Location, courtyard, excellent staff. I loved hanging out in the afternoon in comfy chairs outside our room.

Things change -- that's life. However, we've stayed at this property twice before (20 years ago and 16 years ago), and it has gone down in quality.

A decent place but not as nice as hoped.

Great location, cool historic place, parking onsite, nice grounds. The bed was quite nice.

Breakfast, served on paper plates - same stuff every day. I'm used to much nicer breakfasts at B and B's and served on china or at least real dishes. Very nice looking common room but the chairs and sofas were not comfortable.

Bed and breakfast should always have breakfast. That’s why guests choose to stay there. Will not be back.

We had a great stay and truly wish we had more time to stay longer!

I really enjoyed the rooms and parking were named which made it extremely easy to locate! We loved the patio access to the yard and the adobe fireplace which gave it that special New Mexico charm! Also loved having a robe ~ especially since I had to run out to my car after putting on my pajamas and getting in late! There was no way I was getting dressed again! Additionally, I LOVED the hot water for a relaxing bath! It’s shocking how hard it is to find HOT water when traveling! Lastly, the chef was extremely friendly and helped “walk” us through the breakfast options which helped select our items relatively easily; especially since I was traveling with my grandchild. We On that note, we also really enjoyed the red pork tamales for breakfast! They were delicious! :)

I would have loved a small coffee pot in the room to have my morning coffee while getting ready. Additionally I was a little disappointed with the breakfast. It was good, however I think I expected more breakfast options if you will. For example there were no meat options nor were there any potatoes. The miniature quiche were “cute” but I would need 5-7 to fill up. Lastly, the pork red tamales were delicious but the masa on the green tamales was still very moist and it was more masa than meat and chile. I think given it was a bed and breakfast I expected a more “home” like meal. BUT I’ve never stayed in a B & B so I may have had some misconceptions due to lack of experience! All in all, would we stay again ~ yes!
