Great location. Beautiful antique decor inside. It’s like going back in time. So homey and reminds me of a hallmark movie. Delicious breakfast and very accommodating hosts.

Fantastic stay at a gorgeous property in the White Mountains. Karen welcomed us at the door and showed us to our room (upgraded to the very large James Madison since it was a slow Tuesday night). Had an early morning hike planned and Dave accommodated by making us grab and go breakfast burritos which were delicious. Highly recommend and would stay here again when back in NH.
Had a relaxing night being on the covered porch with a fire and hot cocoa. Woke up and had an amazing breakfast with great service. Harry the dog was a cute mascot.
Fantastic, comfortable stay; would definitely return!
This was a great stay, in a gorgeous area, with very comfortable rooms! Karen and Dave were so kind and accommodating, and the breakfast they made was incredible!
A one night enjoyable stay in a great old house!
The whole place was vintage decoration, vrey warm and inviting- comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding- timeless, huge portions, excellent cinnamon rolls!
Like being welcomed into a family member's home.
Water, coffee, tea, always available. Great home cooked meals. Very accommodating staff. Located near White Mountains.
Served eggs when wife indicated allergic to eggs, but overall a great experience
We wish we could have stayed longer.
Delicious breakfast!
Spend some time here - at least 3 days
Great little town to stay and to visit. Lovely interiors throughout and timely seasonal decorations. I love Halloween. That was a bonus. Great breakfasts. Lovely to have fires in the place during breakfast and at other times in other rooms in the evenings. Great hosts and nice to visit with their two Dachshunds, too. Nice clients with whom to visit. Convenient parking onsite. Nice grounds and views. Had propane fire pits and electric blankets on the enclosed porches, as well as a fire pit which were great for this Fall season. Easy 10 minutes to drive to Littleton. Hot water and water pressure were very good. We will be coming back here when we tourist through the area next.
Our George Washington room was large and had windows on three walls, west and south and north. Fitting sheet was too shallow for the nice mattress so it didn't stay in place. Bathtub was only decorative and the shower was tight and had no place to hang or set scrub brushes and soap and shampoo, etc. Toilet was tight fit against shower wall. Route 302 runs parallel to front of Inn and is very busy with traffic and so this noise/sound is constant and even overnight with trucks running. I think only rooms over the kitchen would be quiet, being on the back side of the Inn.
Exterior home and common areas. Manager was very friendly
Our room was incredibly small. No shelves or cabinets to put clothing. Little room to move around.
The Mulburn Inn is wonderful!
The Mulburn Inn is beautiful. The owners are wonderful. Breakfast was amazing and we had the best time with our table mates at breakfast. I highly recommend staying here. I wish we could have stayed longer!
Excellent hosts, excellent inn, great location.
So generous that we didn't even consider having lunch. Served in the lovely dining room with a warming fire (cold morning); fresh fruit cup, eggs & potatoes; hot; and scrumptious.
Everything! The greatest hospitality. This charming hotel has a great location and the best hosts. If your travels have you coming within an hour of Bethlehem, it is worth going out of the way to stay here. Great breakfast (even to go when our itinerary required it), great toiletries, towels, toilet 🧻. We loved our stay here and it was conveniently located on an important travel corridor.
A 10/10 stay at the Mulburn Inn
Staying at the Milburn was a highlight of my and my sister’s trip. Our only regret was not saying here a second night so we can enjoy the facilities more. Dave and Karen were phenomenal hosts who made it feel like we were staying with family rather than at an inn/hotel.
My only complaint is that there was only bar soap and moisturizing body soap in the shower, nothing for hair. I did not realize until I was in the shower, otherwise would have asked for shampoo, and am sure it would have been accommodated!
Wonderfully looked after in this lovely Inn including log fires and home made cinnamon buns
Great location for hiking and a beautiful Inn with lots of history
What a friendly and accommodating staff! And so fun to explore all the decorated rooms and hear of f
Incredible breakfast especially the homemade maple bacon!
We loved the history, the stories and Dave accommodating every thing we asked for! Even the whip cream that topped out h
We loved the house, the atmosphere, the nostalgia, and the hospitality! It was magical!
I think we “expected” small bathrooms, so we were able to cope very well!!! There are no complaints from us!
This was our second stay at Mullburn Inn and plan to return again
Dave and Karen provide a warm and friendly atmosphere. They make you feel at home and they treat you like family. The decor in each room is unique and historical. Plus Dave's breakfasts are outrageous!
There was nothing we didn't like during our stay.
Great historic inn. Hospitable, caring hosts. Can't wait to come back.
Dave and Karen are the consummate hosts, right from the first knock on the front door of the beautiful, wraparound porch. All the rooms are nicely redone from the original 1908 structure, but still maintain the century-old character. We stayed in the Madison room, which suited us perfectly with the 4-post king bed. Breakfasts were top notch - tasty and filling, especially the bacon and french toast. Loved the 24-hour access to hot water and coffee. It was fun finding out about the history of the house and the previous guests. You can tell that Dave and Karen are very proud and able stewards of this NH relic! Also enjoyed the evening conversations on the porch, as the temperatures went down and the porch heaters turned on. Willy and Harry were also the cutest dachshunds, following us around. We were there just as the leaves were turning, but would love to come back when there's snow on the ground to enjoy all the homes' fireplaces. Can't imagine a more cozier place! We look forward to coming back. Hats off to Dave and Karen for preserving this legacy!
Perfect Stop on Our Road Trip to Maine - Gorgeous Inn!
We absolutely loved our stay at The Mulburn. We booked here because we wanted a half way stop on our road trip to Maine. We were traveling with two boats on the top of my car. Leaving them in a parking lot was a concern of ours so we started looking for a smaller business that had onsite parking. Mulburn fit the bill perfectly. Once we arrived we were blown away by how gorgeous the inn is. It's stunning! Our room was very cozy and we had a wonderful night sleep. We had an early departure time and thought we would miss breakfast, but were delighted to find out that our host, Dave, would be preparing breakfast burritos for us. They were huge and very tasty! I was full until almost dinner time. He also went out of his way to prepare a vegan version of the burrito for me which I appreciated more than I could properly express. I always feel like I'm being difficult when asking for a vegan meal, but he made me feel like it was easy peasy and not a bother at all. My only regret is that we didn't have more time to relax around this beautiful home and take it all in. Right next to town, I walked down to the shops. Clean, safe, well lit parking. Clean, cozy rooms with good lighting and glorious bedding! I'm not sure how many other guests were there with us, but we heard nothing from the other rooms. Beautiful dining room with 24x7 self serve tea, coffee, hot cocoa. Gorgeous sitting area. Seriously - it's the bees knees. Book it!
Not a thing!
