Staff awesome, beautiful place

Beautiful, pool and spa ,amazing. Rolling Stream in front

We were traveling with 3 young kids. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to reserve 2 connecting rooms. They helped us fill the low pressure tire of our rental stroller. They gave us extra check out time when we couldn’t finish packing. Everywhere was beautiful and clean. Food was fantastic. Their pastry shop tasted better than those famous cafes. Quote from my 7 year old son: Everyone was smiling and happy here. My whole family had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. Their evening show in front of the big tree with the beach sunset background was the highlight of our trip.

It was the perfect place to spend my birthday, and the staff was extra helpful and kind!

The suite was outstanding. Plenty of towels on hand. Close to the road, but any noise was minimal. Staff was so friendly and helpful.

Staff wouldn't cover my speeding ticket thru Loveland. 🥴

Our stay was beyond our expectations. The property was beautiful and the rental was stunning.

The site was very 'low touch' in that everything was set up and ready for us before we even got there...the doors are coded, so no key....not even a need to check in at the front desk...But if you do, or need something, they are very accommodating, and you have to say hello to Jasper (IYKYK) ;)

the location was a little bit of a mixed bag....I LOVED being right on the river, but the cabins were a little close together, and had patios looking right into each others' room. It was definitely not enough to deter from staying there again, but the sense of privacy could be a bit of an issue for some.

Comfortable

The View and the Bathroom. Facilities were well kept. It was nice with the music as well. We were able to enjoy it just by sitting out on our balcany.

Bar open every day, music every day and having a restaurant would have been a plus as well.

I was a nice stay since it was a wedding. Tried to find something closer to town but no vacancy. We

Lodge rooms were spacious and clean. Weather being in 80's, would be nice to have ceiling fan to move sliding door air. floor fan kind of noisy. If I stay again, would probably do a cabin or condo. Hard to get used to the river noise when you are not used to it.

We stayed in the Serenity Suite and loved having access to a private hot tub and private outdoor patio area right off the river. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed being close to town while not being right in the middle of the hubbub. We also really appreciated that we were able to check in a bit early. Check out was also a breeze!

The road noise wasn't great, but not much can be done about that. The bed was a bit firm, although I found it pretty comfortable my husband found it uncomfortable. The couch was also downright torturous unless you had lots of pillows to soften it up.

We couldn't have picked a better place to spend our 63rd wedding anniversary. The Queen suite was perfect; overlooking the fall river and right on top of the evening light show.

Can't say there was anything that we didn't like.

Great location. The staff was helpful. The river suite was nice and comfortable. The shower and jet tub are very nice! The units are clean. The mini kitchen burner was great for making our own meals. They even had a pot, pan, utensils, and some coffee. We sure appreciate those amenities. There are lots of grills around, too, which is great!!! The food truck on Thursday was fun.

The outdoor furniture, near the river, usually has wet, dirty cushions. The couches are also broken, as well as some of the chairs. I noticed this last year, so I brought my own camp chair for this year. They did have one very nice table with chairs for dining, that looked newer! It would be good if they streamlined the outdoor furniture so that it dries naturally & quickly and is more durable. The weaved couches/chairs with cushions just don't make sense with rain, wind, and weather.

The location so close to RMNP was perfect. Very peaceful right on river so relaxing

Steps up and down to cabin but the location right on a bend in the river made up for it!
