The night sky
The Milky Way is faint overhead on the clearest nights; the brighter stars and constellations are easy.

The house itself has fascinating history, and every corner of it is full of beautiful and interesting Victorian decor or artifacts. It's just a fun place, beautifully maintained and graciously hosted.
We had the "East Room". Bed was comfortable and we slept well. The bath that went with the room was across the hall (separate room) and offered a claw foot tub with a shower. We just do not like.leaving our room for bathroom faxilities and it was difficult to shower as bottom of tub was curved, so hard to stand in it. Hosts were very nice and breakfast was delicious.
Charming
We did the Murder Mystery dinner! It was so very fun! And the meal was delicious! Naomi is excellent and so fun! She made the stay! And the breakfast was worth the stay, even Beignets !
Enjoyed the time there.. The staff was very friendly and supportive
