Beautiful stay.
The house and location was fantastic! The owner was very communicative and helped with identifying some local sites and restaurants. And the breakfast was excellent. Very relaxing.

Would stay again
Charming, historic house close to restaurants / activities, yet in tranquilk location.
Would definitely return.
Proximity to Main Street, friendliness of the staff, breakfast and the room. We had a lovely room with our bedroom being in the loft. The owner and other staff were awesome. We were given great recommendations for restaurants in the area. Love the alpacas too
Wonderful
Beautiful, peaceful, excellent sleep, exceptional hosts, great breakfast with eggs from the chickens on the property, near quaint Lambertville
We liked everything. A minor issue is that the sliding windows in our room did not open.
Lovely
Beautiful country feel
Very friendly staff and beautiful house
Beautiful setting. Very clean. Friendly staff.
Not the typical B&B experience - never met the owners. We stayed for 3 nights, but breakfast repeated on the 3rd morning - no homemade baked goods (muffins, scones etc.) that we have experienced in many other B&Bs. No afternoon-type "treats" or "Happy Hour" that other B&Bs at that price point offer. It's a beautiful place, but for the price paid we expected more.
The guest room and adjacent rooms were excellent.
A fantastic stay at a perfect location close to town. The hosts were gracious and the breakfast was the best. Highly recommend staying here!
My husband and I really enjoyed our one-night stay here.
I love every detail of this hotel’s design and decoration . You can truly tell that the owner put a lot of thought and care into it. The room ,as well as the public areas and shared facilities, are all beautifully designed and very elegant. From the owner to all the staff, everyone at the hotel was kind and welcoming. The breakfast was also beautifully prepared, using very eco-friendly and locally sourced ingredients, including fresh eggs from their own chickens. They also have a shy llama 😀😀
Beautiful property and location. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Beautiful property. Location in close proximity to shops, restaurants and Bucks County Playhouse.
We were expecting the breakfast to be much better with more food. It was pretty modest. Some eggs with spinach, and yogurt parfait. One slice of toast each. Definitely not what you would expect from a quality Bed and Breakfast. Mattress was super hard. We really didn't get a good night's sleep.
Great and friendly host.
Loved the place, wosh we could have stayed longer!
Breakfast was a fantastic home-cooked style, that was delicious!
Great inn all around
Lovely inn all around. Charm and great breakfasts. Grounds are cool, chickens, alpacas, fresh eggs! The sauna and hot tub are an added plus on weekends
Snowy Holiday Paradise in Lambertville
We had a 5 star experience at Chimney Hill Estates in Lambertville New Hope area. It was a snowy holiday weekend . Sylvester welcomed personally and showed us our beautiful two story Master Sujte which he had already warmed up for us with the gas fireplace . We used the jacuzzi tub in the master suite but ran out of time for the sauna and hot tub . Next time !
Planned romantic escape which became an overnight winter wonderland. Already planning our next stay but longer next time
Beautifully restored historic farmhouse and property. Close to Lambertville and New Hope . Quiet and pristine !
So clean , warm, high end touches including spa tub, sauna, hot tub and fireplace .
Relaxing and enjoyable
Staff was very helpful used to cable
Used to cable TV, had difficulty with the TV programming
A Charming, Unforgettable Stay
We had a lovely two-night stay at Chimney Hill Estate in Lambertville, NJ. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the start. The alpacas were absolutely adorable and added such a fun, unique touch to the property. The food was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. A truly relaxing and memorable experience we would definitely return!
Sylvester was a complete treasure. So warm and inviting. George welcomed us for breakfast and was also terrific. Added bonus: seeing the alpacas, chickens and the sweetest baby puppy named, Cookie!
I’d recommend a stay here for a bed and breakfast. I think I’m more of a hotel guy though
Great breakfast service and very friendly staff. We had the entire place to ourselves for a couple nights, no one else was staying there.
Location is okay but not great. That’s NJ for ya though.
